Transporter 3

As good as a sequel as I would expect

(Edit) 15/09/2009

Well done sequel. All the stuff you watch Statham for and some nice little extra twists and turns. His friend the policeman is a character that has grown well in the series and adds much to the interest of the story.

Max Payne

Not Bad Ass, just BAD!

(Edit) 15/09/2009

Wow The best thing about this film is the front picture on the DVD case. Look in the dictionary under the word Derivative(don't rely on my spelling) and you should see the title of this film. From the cliche` and at the same time badly scripted setup to the copycat special effects. This was Soo awfull I watched to the end expecting a twist as I could not believe it could be simply that bad. Perhaps Mr Warlberg just got lucky with his career choices upto now, because if this his idea of money spinning franchise boy is he of the mark!

Inkheart

Does not capture the book

(Edit) 15/09/2009

This film stands alone as a good family adventure if not a little dark. However it does not manage to capture the feeling or full spirit the author created on the written page. Brenden fraiser is miscast as the father and this together with a chopped about story means dissapointment for fans of the Book.

Appaloosa

Excellent

(Edit) 09/06/2009

The attention to detail and cinematography make this film watchable alone. Add the quirky and wonderful performances by the main perfomers and this is should become a classic.
