Last Night (2017)

Filipino drama in which strangers Mark (Piolo Pasqual) and Carmina (Toni Gonzaga) meet under unexpected circumstances and find that they keep being reconnected through separate twists of fate. When the pair both simultaneously step out to save a man who has fallen on to a train track, they discover that they will be staying in the same hotel, in rooms next to each other. Is this a sign of fate at play or should they carry on their own separate lives?
