Leo (Michelangelo Vizzini) and Tom (Enea Lorenzoni) are seventeen and live in Milan, but it's as if they belong to two different, if not opposite, worlds. Leo is a dark and muscular guy, he has been single for a few months, after leaving his longtime girlfriend he began to spend his nights between fights and prostitutes, trying to discover his true personality. Tom has an angelic face and a gentle but resolute demeanor. He is perfectly aware of who he wants to be and what he wants to get out of life, but the biggest obstacle he has to overcome is represented by people who cannot accept his diversity, even if they have always known him: Tom understood very early on that many would have tried to oppose him only because of his homosexuality, but he promised himself not to be bent by abuses and harassments, not even when they are so violent that he falls to the ground with a bloody mouth. It is precisely on such an occasion that the two protagonists of this story get to know each other: if Leo takes Tom's defense it is not only to vent the anger he carries within him, nor to test his courage.
