This documentary tells the story of one of the great motorcycle racers of the 1970s - Tom Herron. Tom’s fascinating life is chronicled in this title with accounts from his wife Andrea, family members and key personalities from his career with narration from Stephen Watson. The story follows Tom from a young boy growing up in Leitrim Co. Down to that fateful day at the North West 200 in 1979. Rare archive footage of Tom at the races as well as many previously unseen photographs help illustrate his intriguing life. A fitting tribute to one of the great motorcycle racers of the 1970s.
