VJ Day: 60th Anniversary (2005)

Documentary celebrating the final victory over Japan in the Second World War, with archive footage and interviews with surviving veterans. From the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbour in December 1941, to momentous battles such as Midway, Guadalcanal and the Burma campaign, the Allies fought over vast distances and against a tenacious foe in order to achieve victory.
