  • Do I pay per rental?

    No. All you pay is a monthly fee for your subscription level.

  • When will I receive my first disc?

    The day after you subscribe, we'll send you an email confirming your subscription has been activated. Please note that we use both Royal Mail First Class and Second Class services. First Class deliveries typically arrive within 1–2 business days, while Second Class may take 2–3 business days.

  • When will my card be charged?

    If you have chosen a level that allow free trial, the payment will be taken the first day after your free trial has finished or if you have chosen a level that does not offer free introductory trial, the card will be charged immediately.

  • How long can I keep the discs for?

    You can keep each disc for as long as you want. There are no late charges. Once we've received a disc back, we will send you the next disc available from your list.

  • Can I cancel my subscription once I've joined?

    Yes, you can cancel at any time. Simply log in, navigate to 'My Account' page and follow the 'Cancel' link.
