Interesting plot with excellent twist
A good film, with a cracking twist. I found the almost unrelenting soundtrack intrusive and felt the film was too pacey, it needed to slow a little in order to create a bit more tension..

Why? Who asks why?
Well, I did after watching this. I'm sure many others would find the film interesting and inventive, I found it dull and tbe characters uninteresting.
When Father Was Away on Business
Very enjoyable
WMFwAoB is a glimpse of family life behind the Iron Curtain in the early 50s, a simple tale told well and with tenderness. There are no explosive plots twists, car chases or moments of high drama but it's a lovely film nonetheless.
