I have loved Almodovar's work for years (apart from the terrible airline 'comedy').

But this one is a failure.

The characters are not interesting, but they basically talk about themselves and their problems all through the film, in different combinations.

I actually fell asleep.

There are indeed no subtitles for the dialogue in north Asian language (which is most of it).

I got the impression that the whole thing was pretty incomprehensible anyway!

As a gay man, I did enjoy all the naked north Asian young men, but even that can only go so far.

This film is basically daft rubbish, and best avoided.
