This must have been a college project, we could not finish this one...recommend that you do not start it.

This looks like a movie made by college students - the story goes nowhere and has no point - its a long advert for the main actress, who does eventually get you engaged in her plight - but most of the scenes feature screaming pilots who like watching each other on their monitors as their planes burn up - the alien enemy is very early Dr Who quality and so not scary - so do not bother with this one.

The acting is all good and the story is very simple - the movie just displays a side of America that confirms a really low level of education and moral values - its certainly not a comedy, instead slightly depressing - Charlize does a great realistic job as usual but the subject matter is not worthwhile - for some reason she likes to play characters from the really sad underbelly of US society - would not recommend this movie as it is not deep and achieves nothing of value.

Acting throughout is good - but the simple predictable story line and subject matter is just really sad - Charlize loves playing the worst damaged characters from US society. This movie is not fun - it gets a bit surreal for a bit but then goes back to a grim reality - the story really does not bring anything new to the table - so do not bother with this one.

Quite like Rogen usualy - intelligent doper humour - so rented this - but what pish - everything is wrong with this movie and yet the reviews do not seem that bad - this movie should have been shredded.

pointless nonsense - the worst xmen movie yet with some fine actors doing nothing really - no storyline nor script - a bunch of disjointed scenes that would normally have been cut out in a normal movie - nothing worth seeing
