- Synopsis:
- Parisian café owner Therese (Alida Valli) still feels a deep loneliness 16 years after her husband vanishes. When a tramp (Georges Wilson) wanders by humming a familiar tune, Therese feels sure he's her missing spouse. Learning he has amnesia, she brings him home, hoping to jog his memory and regain her lost love.
