Synopsis:
Animated re-telling of the classic tale of an English lady in Siam. Based on the story of Anna Leonowens, the widowed English schoolteacher who went to Siam in the 1860s to teach the children of King Mongkut. Anna's task is not easy and she finds that her most difficult pupil is the heir to the throne, Prince Chulalongkorn. While Anna's relationship with the King deteriorates it is left up to her son Louis to educate the wayward Prince, with little success. After a disastrous start, the school is closed down, but the Prince has a change of heart and both boys learn to accept each other in spite of their cultural differences.
Together, Louis and the Prince, along with his pet monkey Ikki, prevent the King from being swindled and, more importantly, save the school.
