After 20 years in prison, Kadir (Mehmet Özgür) becomes paroled and gets a job with the help of Hamza (Müfit Kayacan), who works safely. The atmosphere of the great political turmoil that surrounds Istanbul shows itself especially in the streets. This screen, which Kadir enters as a garbage collector, will actually work as an informer behind the work. They will stir up the garbage in their squat neighborhoods and will investigate whether they have any form of bomb material and report their presence.
