Synopsis:: Krishna Patil (Manoj Bajpai) is eager to begin his police training and join the local force, but when he runs into trouble with corrupt local cop Godbole (Mukesh Tiwari), his future begins to look uncertain. Thus even when he completes his training with an exemplary record of achievement, he still finds it hard to get a job due to corrupt machinations within the force. Krishna continues his struggle with the help of lawyer Kavita Choudhary (Tabu), with whom he soon falls in love, but when his sister and brother-in-law are killed by associates of Godbole, he vows to stop at nothing until he has taken his revenge.
