Synopsis:
Based on the novel "Gluvi Barut" by Branko Copic. 1941 Nazis occupy Yugoslavia and occupy the cities of Belgrade, Zagreb, Sarajevo and a large part of the interior. Fighting continues in the mountains between Chetniks, local sympathizers of the Germans and anti-fascist determined people. Opposite the Nazis is the Communist Party, who claim that their historical role is to command all partisan forces in the fight against Hitler. The mountain people didn't always agree with that. During the 1941 uprising, the mountaineers came down from the mountains and stood side by side with the others.
Returning to the impassable mountains, they decided to defend their bare lives and what little they considered theirs. The communists are coming after them. The film is about communist fanatics. They no longer exist. This movie is the truth about them. A slice of truth is sometimes better than an unpunished lie.
