A chance abduction. Then a bizarre co incidence - the girl is the daughter of a massive industrialist. The criminal group is in panic. But the man who has abducted her is adamant. He takes her and a few of his loyal followers and hits the highway in a small truck. He will handle this girl like anyone else. He will take her elsewhere and hold her tor ransom, or sell her to a pimp, or shoot her. But he will not let her go. These are days of unbelievable horror for her. But by and by, as the truck runs and miles turn, as the scenery changes, the light changes, the sun sets and rises, she feels that she is beginning to change as well. A strange bond begins to develop between her and him. It's in this captivity that she, for the first time in her life, feels free. And it is for the first time that he feels human touch. It shatters him. She is making him human. But journeys do end. The world will catch up. She may be brought back home. Maybe the Highway will not really change anything, she will go on with her life like everyone else. Maybe this feeling is just a passing phase. Maybe not.
