"Instruktorius" is a Hollywood-style comedy written by Dominykas Klajumas and Benas Lastauskas, crafted without the usual tropes of Lithuanian cinema. Martynas (Justinas Jankevicius), an arrogant yet big-hearted native of Vilnius, loses his driver's license due to stupidity and arrogance. Brush it off as he might, Martynas once again angers his pregnant fiancée, who leaves him and moves in with her parents. In an attempt to win her back, the main character embarks on a seemingly ordinary journey to get his license back. Along the way, he meets the Instructor (Dominykas Klajumas) - an even stranger teacher at a very strange driving school. Getting his license back becomes the ultimate life test for Martynas, conducted by this unhinged instructor. He will not only make Martynas cry, laugh, and blush with embarrassment, but also come to realize a hard truth: passing the test is tough. Staying calm is even tougher!
