- Synopsis:
- Father Gregory Lind (Robert Forster) seeks to be both progressive and spiritual, but he starts to clash with the Catholic Church over issues like birth control. At the same time, he falls for a pretty social worker named Pamela (Lauren Hutton) and contemplates giving up the priesthood in order to be with her. The bishop attempts to counsel Lind and reaffirm his faith in the religion. Still, Lind struggles to decide what is the most important devotion in his life.
