Revolutions (2016)

Laura McGann directs this documentary which charts the rise in popularity of the female-dominated sport of roller derby in Ireland. Filmed over the course of four years, the film follows the Irish national team as they head to Toronto to compete in the 2011 World Cup while also giving an insight into the intense rivalry between local teams the Dublin Roller Girls and Cork City Firebirds.
