Really interesting characters so beautifully acted. Very engaging, I found myself totally engrossed in the political system, the situation the East Germans lived in. So glad I did not live there in that time. I wish it had lasted longer!

Excellent adaptation of Bernard Cornwall's books

Once you get into the story it is very gripping. Well acted by a consistently good cast. Much better than Amazon's Vikings.
