I've always been a huge believer in walking to stay slim and healthy. Walking burns a lot of calories and slims the waistline, while also improving brain function and increasing both your heart and lung health. This includes two one-mile walking workouts that are simple, fun and fat-burning. If you stick with me and do this Walkout regularly - you will be healthier and feel energized. Level 1: Get moving with a gentle warm-up followed by one mile of low-impact aerobic walking. Then, reward yourself with a soothing cooldown. Level 2: After a warm-up, we'll briskly walk one mile to get our heart rate up, burn calories, and work all major muscle groups. We'll end with a cooldown and essential stretch.
