  • As the impact of the Covid-19 continues to develop, we would like to reassure our customers that for us here at Cinema Paradiso, it is business as usual.

    There has been no meaningful impact on our ability to provide a consistent service to date and we continue to operate as normal, without disruption.

    We are continually monitoring government guidelines and will be reviewing and adjusting our work practices accordingly. The health and well-being of our staff and customers remain a priority, and we have implemented measures to reduce the risks of exposure and minimise the spread of the virus further. These precautions include but are not limited to, sanitisation aids and additional personal protective equipment.

    We are taking precautions to minimise all non-essential travel and meetings, including those with customers and suppliers. We have asked our employees to consider holding meetings remotely, either by phone or video conferencing.

    The situation is dynamic and our business continuity plans are being reviewed on a daily basis. Where required changes may need to be implemented at a local level, but we will keep you informed about any necessary changes or disruptions to our service.

    Whilst we recognise that during these fast-changing and unprecedented times there will be a lot of uncertainty, please rest assured that we will do all we can to limit any disruption to our service.

  • We offer some 3D and 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray discs for rental. Even though we have listed all the titles that have been released on our website, the button to Add a title to the list will only appear next to the title we can offer for rental. Please log in and go to this page to find out what is available.
    Please note: 4K Ultra HD titles are not available while your subscription is on the Free Trial offer.

  • Simply yes. You can create up to 5 lists, allocate number of discs to be sent and switch dispatch between them at any time. Here is the video on how it works.

  • Using a standard envelope you can post your disc(s) back to the following address:

  • To retrieve your forgotten password go to lost password page and enter email address you have registered with The password will then be sent to your email address.

    NOTE: If you are not receiving emails from us, please check spam folder in your email client and add our domain ( to your safe senders list.

  • If a disc does not arrive either from you to us or from us to you within 4 days from posting it is probably delayed in the Royal Mail. Please report it to us via Report a Problem page.

  • When you use a browser, like Chrome, it saves some information from websites in its cache and cookies. Clearing them fixes certain problems such as issues with logging in.

    In Chrome

    On your computer, open Chrome.
    At the top right, click More
    Click More tools > Clear browsing data.
    At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
    Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
    Click Clear data.
