Rental Credits

Rental credits are the number of discs remaining to be sent to you until your subscription Renewal date. If you subscription allows rollover of rental credits then any unused rental credits on your account will be transferred over into your next paying period.

If you are on a limited level that allows rentals to be carried over and have accumulated lots of unused rental credits, your monthly limit is automatically increased to the number of accumulated credits. Therefore we will keep sending you replacement for every disc you send back until you have exhausted all of your credits. You have couple of options:
1) Providing there is a lower limited level with carry over option, you can choose it to reduce accumulation of extra credits and use accumulated credits.
2) Providing there is a higher limited level with carry over option, upgrade your subscription and receive more films at a time.

No. When your subscription is placed on freeze, the discs are not dispatched.

No. The subscription fee for limited level with carry over option includes number of discs you can rent as well as duration in which you rent them. For instance if you are on 2 at a time and 4 per month subscription level, this means that you are allowed to use 4 discs/credits per month. If you used only 1 credit in a month, that means you have used the time allowance from other 3 credits. Therefore if you wish to use other 3 credits you need to renew your subscription to get more time.

Currently no. We will keep sending you replacement for every disc you send back until you have exhausted all of your rental credits providing that your subscription payments are collected successfully.

No and Yes. If you have accumulated more rental credits than the limited level with carryover option you are changing to offers, then you will not be charged. Otherwise the payment for new subscription level will be taken. Please note: I you decide to change your subscription from any limited with or without rollover option to any unlimited level, the rental credits will be lost and the payment will be collected for the new level.
If you are changing from limited level with roll over option to limited level with no roll over option then you will be charged and your accumulated credits will be lost.
If you are changing from limited level with roll over option to any unlimited level, the rental credits will be lost and the payment will be collected for the new subscription level.

Yes. Any rental credits on your account will be lost. To avoid this, you can place your subscription on freeze and save credits until later. For more information on this, please log on to 'My Account page and choose option 'Freeze Account' for more details.
