Royal Mail is currently experiencing delays due to increased pressure on their delivery network and ongoing staff shortages. In addition, we recently introduced Second Class post as part of our cost-saving measures, which may slightly extend delivery times compared to First Class. To get up to date information if we have received discs from you or if we have dispatched discs to you, please visit My list. ALL discs received from Royal Mail are processed on our system the same day we have received them from Royal Mail.
If you haven't received a disc, we have sent to you within normal delivery times or we haven't received your returned disc, please do inform us via Report a Problem page.
