I don't tend to write reviews but in the case of The Vanishing I must make an exception. Obviously this is fiction based on a true vanishing from a lighthouse but what a gripping theory. I certainly don't agree with the downbeat reviews I have seen which tends to confirm my thought that reviews are only worth just so much. One man's meat etc. Definitely one you should watch.
