Woke clap trap - Agatha Christie would turn in her grave!!!
It’s a real pity that such a fantastic novel has fallen to woke clap trap, with not even an interesting storyline . There were no black or coloured people in the original novel, and no token lesbians!!! I fell asleep after 1 1/2 hours, so was spared the last 37 mins!
Come on Kenneth Branagh ….you can do better than this on a brilliant novel !!!
Definitely give it a miss !! Go and watch cricket or fishing for 2 hours….it’ll be more interesting !!!

Abysmal.......don’t waste 3 years of your life!!
Absolutely wouldn’t at all recommend this film, which is an embarrassingly awful supposed sequel to The Shining, which is an all time classic.
This was like a teen film tv ‘horror’, with no character development, and a contrived attempt to link it to The Shining. Euan McGregor obviously needed the cash for a new infinity pool.
Worest film I’ve watched for a very long time.....AVOID at all costs, and go for a sleep instead!
