Bronte Ways: Part 1 (2004)

A literary journey along the first stretch of the 'Bronte Way': a 43 mile-long trail stretching from Birstall (near Leeds) across the Pennines to Gawthorpe Hall at Padiham in Lancashire. This section takes in 'Shirley Country', looking at Oakwell Hall, the Red House and other places that formed the locations for the novel.
