Discover America: The Grand Canyon: Symphony of Stone (2008)

Documentary on one of the world's most scenic natural wonders which explores the Grand Canyon's great beauty and rich history. Renowned Grand Canyon artist and resident, Bruce Aiken, has contributed astounding footage from rarely seen below-the-rim locations, and time-lapse photography provides the viewer with a chance to experience the sights of the canyon as the seasons change. The programme also tells the story hidden within the canyon's rock layers; explores the ruins of an ancient Puebloan culture; and discovers the roots of modern Native Americans within the region.
