Slow, austere rock bliss.Director Sebastian Scrade climbed into a van with the Duluth, Minnesota trio of Alan Sparhawk, Mimi Parker and Zak Sally on a gruelling tour.Braving sleep deprivation, road hypnosis, warm beer, cold food and 1000 cigarettes, the experience is told through van ride conversations, backstage banter, hotel room chats and late night revelations.Playing their hypnotic, celestial and intense music in german rock club's, the film culminates with an enthralling performance at a sold-out show at London's legendary now defunct Union Chapel.
