Danny White (Nick Moran), turns up on the doorstep of his estranged father Alan (John Hurt) after a seven year absence, bleeding from a fatal gunshot wound and running out of time. The old man can't believe his good fortune. Danny just might be the heart donor that can save his ailing twin sister Emma (Danielle McNichol). But Danny is not prepared to give up his heart for nothing. There is a price to be paid and a deal to be struck between father and son...Danny and his crew of petty criminals are in over their heads with a deadly mob of gangsters.
