- Synopsis:
- ‘Pipkins’ is a British pre-school children’s TV series involving puppets Hartley the Hare, Topov the Monkey, the curious Pig, Octavia the Ostrich and a man named Wayne among others, with their adventures and mishaps as they try to go out with their days. It’s one of the first British TV series which introduced characters speaking in their regional accents with Pig having a Black Country, Topov – Cockney and Octavia a French accent.
