Rent The Siege of Leningrad (2003)

Documentary that examines the German siege of Leningrad during World War II. The siege lasted from 1941 to 1944 and caused the deaths of over half a million people. The documentary aims to bring to life the story of individuals caught up in the siege and features extracts from the diaries of a 16-year-old boy and the tale of a man who played a key role in creating the 'Road of Life',a passage through which vital supplies could be smuggled into the encircled city.
