Synopsis:
Born in 1872 in Zanesville, Ohio, Zane Grey, who originally wanted to he a professional baseball player, discovered the wonders of frontier America and become one of the most prolific and best loved western authors of all time. His novels, set against the backdrop of big sky country, were full of rugged individuals who embodied the proud spirit and noble virtues of the old west.

Thunder Mountain (1947)
Tim Holt stars in this classic western drama. Holt arrives in Grant's Valley to reclaim his ranch from a villainous conman and his cohort, the town's crooked sheriff. Accused of a murder he did not commit and facing the loss of his ranch, Holt follows the proper code of justice of the old west and rides into town for a showdown with the real evildoers. A tale of high suspense and true courage make this film a favourite for any lover of Zane Grey stories.
Wild Horse Mesa (1947)
Tim Holt stars in this exciting western adventure. Holt plays a horse rancher out to help a neighbour, Richard Powers, round up a herd of wild horses for sale. In the process, Holt falls for his lovely daughter, Nan Leslie. Powers decides to bring in the horses alone and is killed in a violent ambush. In the ways of the old west, justice must be served and so holt sets out to avenge the murder. A Zane Grey classic.
