A year after the death of his friend and partner Sherlock Holmes, Dr. John Watson (Morris Chestnut) resumes his medical career at a clinic dedicated to the treatment of rare diseases. However, he soon finds that his old life is not done with him yet...Watson and the fellow spring back into action when Mary's mother accidentally poisons herself while suffering from a rare form of dementia that is progressing with impossible speed. Sherlock Holmes (Robert Carlyle) resurfaces after being presumed dead...
