The Man Who Lived at the Ritz (1989)

A three and a half hour mini series set in Paris during the Nazi occupation, about an American art student living at the Ritz Hotel. He becomes trapped by the Nazi occupation. As a result he has two choices. Either help his friends fight against the Nazi regime, and lose his accommodation at the Ritz, or help Goering get control of France's priceless art treasures in return for being able to live at the hotel.
