I was looking forward to seeing this film as previous episodes of the Star Trek have had stories on Section 31. I enjoyed the back story of Phillipa Georgiou but overall the film was a disappointment. I would have preferred more characters from the Discovery or Strange New worlds universe. Michelle Yeoh was fantastic as usual but felt that this could have been a better written film.

This film was like a weird Springwatch mindful moment over 90 minutes. Beautifully photographed Natural landscapes of Cornwall gives way to an unsettling folk horror take.
