This was a throughly unpleasant way to spend an hour and a half. Who were these people? Do we care? How did they manage to assemble this fine cast to grunt their way through this monosylabic script. To write more would be doing this film more justice than it deserves.

This inconsequential film (more a Wednesday play)was enjoyable and well acted but our enjoyment was hindered by the subtitle director assuming we understood French. This meant we missed significant parts of the film, which in the main was dialogue based.

Am I missing something, but would not a film which deals with the friendship of people from different backgrounds in London be better summed up in the title 'London bridge', but who am I to 'pontificate'?
