- Synopsis:
Hercules (Kevin Sorbo), aided by his best friend Iolaus, goes on many adventures helping people and slaying mythical monsters using his half-god strength...A traditional festival dedicated to Dionysus, the god of wine, is about to be celebrated, but this year someone wants to turn it into a massacre with the murder of a fair king. Hercules will try to stop this plan...Hercules and a female blacksmith, Atalanta (Corinna Everson), fight Ares (Mark Newnham), God of War, to prevent him from recruit an army among children and teenagers... Xena (Lucy Lawless) Warrior Princess wants to take down the "Son of Zeus", and plans to use his best friend, Iolaus (Michael Hurst) to do it by getting him to fall in love with her. Her devious plot threatens to destroy the friendship between Iolaus and Hercules...In the episode 'Ring of Fire', the sound will briefly switch to German, since the scene was cut out before being shown on TV in the UK and US. Apart from these very brief outtakes, the entire series can be watched in English. - Actors:
