- Thomas Hoshino is a man with a deep resentful vendetta, keen to avenge the killing of his cop partner in Japan, he looks for the perpetrator of the action, Japanese crime boss: Yamata. With lightning speed and devilish accuracy Hoshino attempts to extinguish any obstacles in his way, deep in the LA underground he mixes with deadly ninjas, and gangster, whilst trying to resist the charms of a tempestuous colleague.
