Interesting film about Wesley a deaf boy who finds on his parents land an injured man, who later turns out to be a fugitive and bonds with him to the point where Wesley starts to help the fugitive. At the same time his own relationship with his father is under strain as he has at times to work away from home . The fugitive teaches Wesley lessons about how to look after oneself which prove valuable for him at school. Not a classic but entertaining in its own way.
