In Hong Kong 1910 the daughter of a captain of a British ship (Geoffrey Toone) was murdered by members of the Tong society of the Red Dragon. Given the inability of the police to find the solution, the captain will initiate an investigation to discover the murderers of his daughter. Directing the Tong society is the evil Chung Kint (Christopher Lee).
