- Upstairs Downstairs is a British period drama series set in 165 Eaton Place, a fictional manor house inhabited by both the well to do owners and the below stairs housekeeping staff and servants. The series is based on an 1970's BBC series of the same name that depicted the lives of inhabitants and staff members during the first world war.
