Welcome to my brand new workout, Cardio, Core and Stretch. Fitness is important to me and I have created this exciting new workout to share with you. It is challenging but if you work hard, you will see an improvement in your fitness levels and body shape. My workout is split into easy to follow sections with a warm up, intensive cardio section, core stability floor work and a cool down. This is a whole body workout and all the moves are easy to follow and extremely effective. If you do the workout 2-3 times a week, you will see a difference! Lose weight, get fit, and most importantly enjoy your workout!
