Amazingly I had managed to avoid knowing absolutely anything about this film.

Sat down to watch it last night, absolutely outstanding. Great humour, great cast, brilliant stuff!!

Great movie for a night in.

Enjoyable film, easy watching, good story that never gets complicated so you can just chill out relax and enjoy. Tom Cruise is on top form too.

Well worth a watch.

Didn't know a thing about this before we watched it except it was by the same bloke who did Pans Labyrinth (awesome), it won some Oscars (usually not a great sign in my opinion) and it had a creature in it (never a bad thing), so we had very few expectations from it.

Well wow what an awesome movie. It looks stunning, just gorgeous from start to finish. Great acting, awesome story, very unique and it looks stunning.

Really surprised how engaging it was, loved every minute.

Would recommend you give it a go.

Presented as a "found footage" film of some students investigating some weird events but things turn from odd to the stuff of folklore.

Without giving away anything as it's in the title they end up hunting trolls.

Really well shot, some great scenery, good acting and trolls, lots of trolls.

One of my favourite found footage films, awesome stuff.

A bit too samey for my liking, yes it's a different story to previous films but just a little predictable and not really bringing anything new to the franchise.

Some great action sequences, car chases, shooting and Tom Cruise doing some excellent running and it looks lovely even if there is a bit too much CGI at times.

I personally find Simon Pegg a bit annoying but that could just be me.

Overall enjoyable nonsense but a little too long. Glad I rented and didn't buy.
