- A Couple of Cuckoos is a Japanese anime romantic-comedy series based on the manga by Miki Yoshikawa. The series centers around Nagi Umino, a high school student trying to meet his biological parents, and Erika Amano, an e-celebrity trying to escape an arranged marriage. The two cross paths and I realize that they were swapped at birth, leading an unorthodox relationship.
