Fun Yoga for Kids with Barbara Currie: Colin the Cobra's Forest of Secrets (2002)

Hello Everyone!
Welcome to my fantastic forest of secrets.
Together with the country's leading yoga expert Barbara Currie and the help of all my forest friends, we are going to get fit and have lots of FUN!
There are 22 different secret yoga poses to be revealed. Each one is introduced with a special rhyme by a colourful animated forest character. These special movements improve fitness and flexibility, they also help correct poor posture and build self confidence. But best of all they are lots of FUN!
