In the violent world of Italian organized crime, one man stands above all others, Gardenia (legendary singer/ songwriter Franco Califano). Loved by all in his town he runs a clean joint, but a dark Mafia shaped cloud is on his sunny horizon. Top boss Don Salluzzo (Martin Balsam) wants him to move into the drugs business and when he refuses Gardenia finds he's got a target on his back. Complete with a funky 70s score and even funkier fashions, this poliziotteschi is one of the finest of its kind. 'Gardenia II Giustiziere Della Mala' is prime Euro crime packed with gangster goodness, and filled with mean, hard-chinned bad guys.
