- Platinum End is a Japanese fantasy anime TV series based on the manga by Tsugumi Ohba. When the orphaned and abused Mirai Kakehashi attempts to take his own life, he's saved by a Guardian Angel called Nasse, who grants him superpowers. Mirai soon learns that he's one of several candidates chosen by God to be his replacement, when the creator retires in 999 days.
