- Synopsis:
- Otto Preminger directs Groucho Marx in his final film role as a mob boss named God, who orders reluctant gangster Tough Tony Banks (Jackie Gleason) out of retirement to silence a squealer (Mickey Rooney). In the meantime, Tony's daughter (Alexandra Hay) has taken up with a hippie (John Phillip Law). Carol Channing co-stars as Tony's wife, with Cesar Romero, Burgess Meredith and Peter Lawford rounding out the all-star cast.
