The people tasked with creating a sixth branch of the armed services: The Space Force...Four-star general Mark Naird (Steve Carell) - leader of the newly created Space Force - is pressured to launch a satellite despite dire warnings from scientists...Flying high after his war games win, General Naird comes crashing back to reality when he learns there may be a spy in Space Force...Under pressure to retaliate against China, General Naird wrestles with his conscience. Dr. Mallory (John Malkovich) makes an ominous threat, and Erin (Diana Silvers) goes rogue... The new secretary of defense puts General Naird on trial at the Pentagon, and the team has to pull it together to testify on his behalf and save his job...With the future of Space Force up in the air, big changes could be on the horizon.
