- Forty years ago, a string of families vanished without a trace near the Jolly Monkey Motel. The motel shut its doors, left to rot with its secrets sealed inside. Now, the descendants of the original owners return to the property to settle its fate. As tensions rise and night falls, members of the family begin to vanish. Trapped, isolated, and stalked by a relentless force that knows the grounds better than they do, the family must uncover the motel's grisly past before it becomes their final resting place.
